RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:
All full-price online and in-store purchases are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange Only within 7 days of receiving the product(s). All orders undergo a quality check before being sent out. No Refunds will be issued. We are more than happy to assist you in selecting your items before you finalize your purchase.

Returnable Items Includes:
Unworn and Unwashed
All original tags must be attached to the originally tagged location
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your Original invoice please visit your profile > View Orders > Print Invoice.
Any orders violating the return policy will not be approved for return for store credit.
All accessories and intimate items are FINAL Sales.
Exchange:
We can not guarantee that your desired item to exchange with will be available.
If you exchange with another item of lesser value, you will receive a store credit only. If you exchange with another item of a higher value, you are responsible for covering the expenses.
All exchanges must be unworn and unwashed.
All original tags must be attached to the originally tagged location.
We do not exchange any accessories or intimate items.
Any orders violating the return policy will not be approved for return for store credit.

Store Credit:
Expect to be emailed within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. You will only receive Store Credit for your items purchased and returned, you will not receive credit for shipping. Store Credit is valid for 1 year after the issue date.

Sale Items:
All Sale/Clearance items are Final Sales. No Store Credit or Exchanges will be issued.

Items located under the “SALE” category/tab
Items purchased with a “Promo” code applied

Return Process:
Please contact Blu Jean Blues at Shop@BluJeanBlues.com with your order number and reason for return request. We do not send return labels. You are responsible for your shipping return fees. Once approved, please send your items back with a valid tracking number to:
